SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

Mine site maintenance performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. This position will maintain, diagnose, and repair company assets, maintain repairs, order, documentation, and assist other maintenance personnel when required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform field maintenance repairs according to work pending reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance operations as required.
• Assist in other mine duties per management.
• This position reports directly to and in support of mine supervisor/head of maintenance.                 
• Also performs other functions within the scope of daily operations deemed necessary by management.
• Position shall be required to source and manage inventories related to site maintenance.

Technical skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to understand tech info and schematics.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.

Leadership & Management Competencies

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool Diploma/GED

REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• General Maintenance 1-5 years. experience in the field.
• Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 10hr shifts. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. As per operational requirements.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly Range $24hr - $40hr
