We are now seeking a Receptionist to join our Corporate team in our Perth CBD office, reporting to the Administration Supervisor. This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The daily hours required for the role are 7:30am – 4:00pm.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual who enjoys being at the heart of a busy corporate environment. As the face of the company, you will create positive first impressions by professionally greeting and attending to all visitors, clients and stakeholders while ensuring the Reception area operates efficiently and presents a welcoming and professional image at all times.
About the Role
- Reporting to Supervisor Administration and working in collaboration with Administrator Business Support.
- Front of house and first point of contact for general enquiries from within the business and from external stakeholders.
- Screen and transfer incoming phone calls and relay voicemail messages.
- Management of the Reception shared inbox. Categorise and process all emails in the inbox in a timely manner. Forward messages to relevant staff/departments. Problem-solve issues and ad hoc requests. Send out internal communications.
- Maintain cleanliness around the Reception area, stationery room, meeting rooms, mail room and kitchens.
- Order and maintain supplies of stationery, consumables and groceries.
- Management and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Management of Access Cards and Hot Desks.
- Lodging and ensuring timely processing of building maintenance requests.
- Lodging DT Requests to resolve various technical issues.
- Ordering catering for meetings and events.
- Meeting Room calendar management.
- Ordering and goods receipting of Perth office PPE.
- Ad hoc administrative work.
About You

- Proficient with the MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or corporate-based Receptionist role
- Existing and ongoing permanent Australian working rights (Mandatory)
