Role Purpose:
 

We are currently seeking an experienced Planner: Master Data to join our Maintenance and Engineering team at Tropicana.

The Master Data Planner is responsible to manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of SAP PM Master Data within the SAP ERP system. This role is crucial for ensuring that Master Data across various business functions is accurate, consistent, and up to date and complies to AGAA Master Data Standards.

Reporting to the Manager: Senior Planner Maintenance, this role is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster with flights directly to site from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie. This is a two year fixed term contract.
 

Accountabilities:

  • Development and maintaining of new & existing SAP PM Master Data for business within SAP ERP.
  • Implement and monitor data quality standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Establish and enforce master data governance policies and procedures to manage the lifecycle of master data, ensuring maintenance complies to Master Data standards & design.
  • Address and resolve SAP Master Data-related issues, including data discrepancies and integration problems.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on master data-related processes and system functionalities.
  • Generate and present reports on master data quality and compliance.
  • SAP improvement initiatives and change requests captured and completed.
  • Collaborative relationships are kept with AGA employees and contractors.
  • Ability to train new & existing SAP PM users.
     

About You

  • Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Trade or relevant Tertiary education - preferrable.
  • Strong Technical knowledge & previous experience working within the mining/processing/HME sector
  • Competent in development of work packages, methods, and standards necessary to achieve efficient maintenance as part of SAP PM
  • Demonstrated & strong experience as a Maintenance Planner, Work Management
  • Processes/Principles and KPI Management is essential
  • Have a high level of computer skills including MS Word & Advance Excel with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A current WA ‘C’ class driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia are mandatory
