OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance, working with leaders and subject matter experts to address learning needs and support organizational objectives.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct training needs analyses and assess competencies to recommend learning interventions in consultation with stakeholders.
- Design and develop training materials and e-learning content using adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, including onboarding, workshops, and coaching.
- Manage training schedules, enrolments, records, and reporting through the Learning Management System.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback and update materials to improve outcomes.
- Engage with department leaders to align training with business goals and support talent development.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Training, Learning and Development, or Instructional Design is an advantage.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or talent development.
- Experience facilitating training programs in corporate settings.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning technologies.
- Valid Ghanaian Driving Licence with proficiency to drive a light vehicle.
