In Australia, we own the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and70% own and manage the Tropicana Gold Mine with Regis Resources Limited (30%) through the Tropicana Joint Venture.  These are two of Western Australia’s premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations. 


Our Graduate Programme


Our Graduate Programme is a two-year, structured programme based on best practice within your chosen discipline and provides the opportunity of a permanent career. Current disciplines include:
 

  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Mining Engineering (Open Pit or Underground)
  • Metallurgy
  • Environment 
  • Surveying 
  • Geology

Graduates will be based at either the Sunrise Dam or Tropicana Gold Mines, located in the north-eastern goldfields of Western Australia. About you:
 

  • On a path to complete or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of this year
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and open minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Australian working rights
  • A valid Australian manual driver's license
