The Opportunity
 

We are currently seeking an Administrator: Sustainability in our Perth based office.  Reporting to the Superintendent: Sustainability Systems and Compliance; this is a new position offered on a Monday – Friday roster with one working from home day.

Role Purpose:
 
To offer a professional administrative service to the Sustainability Department teams to allow them to work effectively and efficiently.across their functions 

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure effective application of sustainability systems and tools, currently includes iSIMS, INX Suite, SAP, SharePoint, Contract Management System (CMC).
  • Assist with the renewals of system licenses and subscriptions.
  • Participate in the development and review of sustainability management system documentation as requested
  • Provide support with SAP, raising purchase requests, tracking purchase orders and processing of invoices
  • Assist with processing of HSE records, including archiving.
  • Contribute to the completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly HSE reports, extracting information from the HSE databases using BI reporting solutions.

About you :

  • Previous fast paced administrative experience – preferably in a similar discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and SAP
  • Exposure to INX or similar systems will be advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across different working teams  
  • An interest in the Health and Safety function
  • Have a values based approach to your work and environment
  • Existing an ongoing permanent Australian working rights (mandatory)
