OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a Principal – Processing & Logistics Technology to lead the Operational Technology (OT) portfolio supporting Processing and Asset Management across global operations. This role ensures technology investments align with business strategy, deliver measurable value, and enable operational excellence.

You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating operational priorities into technology roadmaps and overseeing the delivery of OT solutions in line with governance and architectural standards.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage the OT portfolio across Processing and Asset Management domains
• Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap
• Align technology initiatives with business priorities and operational outcomes
• Track portfolio performance, value realisation, budgets, and timelines
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technology solutions
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and investment frameworks
• Support successful deployment and operational readiness of OT solutions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and capability development

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Operational or Digital Technology environments
• Experience managing technology portfolios or strategic initiatives
• Mining, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of asset management or processing systems advantageous

• Strong OT systems and architecture knowledge
• Portfolio management and governance expertise
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capability
• Stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• Ability to manage complexity and drive measurable results
