The Job
Reporting into the Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition, the Administrator Human Resources provides administration support to the Talent Acquisition team. The role will coordinate the processing of pre-employment checks including medicals, reference checks and work rights.
The role will also manage various out of system processes including but not limited to contract variations, visa processes, statement of service letters and flexible work requests as well as coordination of employee file management in the Australian Region.
In addition, the role will provide coordination support for recruitment campaigns including the Apprenticeship, Trainee, Graduate and Vacation Programs.

- Previous experience in an administration role (within recruitment industry desirable)
- High level understanding of the recruitment process
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised and high attention to detail.
- Effective customer service skills
- Adept at multitasking and prioritising
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
