We are currently seeking an experienced site-based Business Support Administrator to join our Business Support & Services team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. This role will be reporting to the Site Lead Administration. This role is based at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster, Monday to Monday, and we operate a quick and direct flight to our site from Perth.

 

About the role

 

  • Coordinating site entry, travel and accommodation services to all departmental personnel, new starters, and visitors
  • Providing general administration support to the Business Support and Services team as directed
  • Creating purchase requisitions, service entries and maintenance requests in SAP
  • Coordinating the approvals process for contractors’ invoices
  • Coordinating shutdown personnel - mobilization & de mobilization.
  • Maintaining and updating rosters in InFlight
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Providing effective handover notes and coverage within the team
  • Ad-hoc tasks as directed 

 

About you

  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience with INX InFlight is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a site based administrative role
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong communication with peers, leaders and contractors
  • Current Manual WA Drivers Licence
  • Able to attain a new National Police Clearance
  • Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory)
