The opportunity
At AGA, we value diverse perspectives. If you’re ready to take on challenges and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you – even if you don’t meet every requirement. Apply and let’s start the conversation.
In this Senior Technician Geological Services role, you’ll guide a tight‑knit team of Geology Technicians, ensuring safety and production targets are more than just numbers on a board. When things run smoothly, you’ll know it’s because of your leadership.
You’ll spend around 85% of your time where the real action happens — out in the field, working side by side with your team. The remaining 15% will be spent leading pre‑start meetings and keeping operations on track through accurate data entry for drill hole and sample information.
You’ll report to the Supervisor Geological Services and be based at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on an 8/20 FIFO roster, with direct flights available from Perth and Kalgoorlie.
