OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Provide the precise spatial data required to maintain legality and efficiency on engineering surveys, the operational Continuity, safety & Compliance and focus on data Integrity & Reporting, ensuring that what is designed in the office is exactly what happens on the ground.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Calibrating and operating sophisticated equipment survey tools

Survey and establish topographic data, exploration points

Evaluate quality control points (Gret control)

Identify blast points and daily mine depths

Implement mine technical parameters

Survey infrastructure and water levels

Transfer data between surveying equipment and computer

Install battens to ensure excavation angles are correct

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Qualification

BTS or bachelor's degree in surveying, Engineering or related field with 2- 5 years under training

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Operative knowledge of Leica or Trimble Differential GPS,

Have started using Total Station Electronic Level, Laser

Updating Data in the computer
