SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
The Regional People Data & Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing KPI reporting across regional HR systems. This role supports system updates, new HR administrator onboarding, and ensures effective data governance and reporting at both regional and site levels.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work Accountabilities:
- Regional Organization & Position Structure Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of the organizational and position structures within the HR system across the region.
- Regional People Process KPI Reporting & Data Auditing: Conduct regular data audits and report on key performance indicators to assess and ensure the effectiveness of HR processes.
- Regional & Site System Administration Support: Offer support for the administration of HR systems at both regional and site levels, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment.
- Regional & Site Mass Data Import: Manage and oversee bulk data uploads and system updates to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Site System Admin Training: Facilitate comprehensive training programs for new site HR administrators to ensure proficiency in system operations and maintenance.
Technical Accountabilities:
- HR Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR information systems, especially SuccessFactors, including their architecture, functionality, and best practices for use and customization.
- Reporting and Analytics: Expertise in generating and analyzing KPI reports and HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve HR process efficiencies.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Basic technical troubleshooting skills for HR systems, including diagnosing issues, resolving user access problems, and coordinating with IT support when necessary.
- Training Methodologies: Understanding of effective training techniques and adult learning principles to develop engaging training programs for system users, ensuring they can effectively utilize new system features and updates.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Systems and Data Management) preferred, or an appropriate Diploma, SuccessFactors certification / commensurate years of experience in a related role.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a tech savy HRIS role (Success Factors primarily).
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
- System implementation experience in the HR area.
REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- HR Information Systems Proficiency/Efficiency: Expertise in using HRIS software, particularly SuccessFactors, to manage data and system operations effectively and efficiently with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Data Management Skills: Ability to organize, manage, and clean large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail required for data entry, system updates, and maintaining accurate records of system changes and user documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey information to all levels of staff and external partners.
- Training and Development: Competence in designing and delivering effective training sessions for system users to ensure they are proficient in using new tools and features.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the HR tech landscape, along with the flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Skills in managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure collaborative and cohesive system management and upgrades.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. As per operational requirements.
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary Range $70,000 – $90,000
